Just Wondering...

I went to Disney World a few years ago. I was really surprised by the sheer number of employees there. There must be thousands of staff members. And they've come to Disney World from all over the world. The non-Americans tend to work at the Epcot theme park: the French work at the France Pavilion, the Germans work at the Germany Pavilion, etc.

I can understand why a person would want to work at Disney World. After all, it's the happiest place on Earth. But I'm a little confused as to why a native of France would want to work at the France Pavilion. Why would you leave the real France to work at a fake France? You didn't need to fly thousands of miles to land a job near the Eiffel Tower. You were living near the actual Eiffel Tower all along. You could've sold baguettes in Paris instead of Orlando, Florida, couldn't you?

Just wondering.
